It’s about time that someone came out with a video like this. As I may have mentioned elsewhere on this blog – diet is as equally an important part of your muscle building routine as the actual building of muscle:

1. Because you need the fuel and;

2. You need to eat the right types of food so that your hard worked for muscles aren’t covered with a layer of fat.

But beyond that, you also need a diet which is a match for your body shape and workout routine.

This video below is specifically for people who weigh in at the lower end of the scale. Good common sense advice.
